If you have your tracking number already, visit their order tracking page following the link https://www.17track.net/en, and paste your tracking number into the box provided. Please note that tracking numbers will often only begin to become active when the item has arrived in the country of delivery. Should you require a refund, drop them an email at rfservicess@outlook.com with an attached image of the damaged product (if applicable) and your order number, and they will be in touch with you. The Shopskyer website does not provide any information about alternative channels of communication with the company.

On 7/4/19 I purchased a folding electric scooter because I have problems walking after 2 surgeries.

I never got a receipt or tracking or order numbers. Nothing

But today I got some cheap sunglasses and a pair of bootie sock WTH all cheap stuff it’s a theft ring and a con.

I suggest to anyone to contact your bank or cc company they can help and report them. Basically that’s all we can do since this crap comes from China yes we have been scammed and some of us will never get our money back.

On or about july 10 2019 i ordered a folding tricycle electric scooter for $69.99. I received no tracking number or any conformation of receiving the order.

However money was taken from my bank account. If unable or unwilling to fulfill my order i would greatly appreciate a total refund. I was i formed by my sister who also ordered one that it was a scam.

She received clothing articles instead. Immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated : angry:
